Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (custom pieces are excluded). All jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was received - unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Every piece is carefully inspected for quality before it is shopped to ensure it meets our standards. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
